Work with me

Interested in working together?

The first step is a short conversation. Tell me your name, an email address, and — if you want to — a sentence or two about what you are navigating. I read every message myself and reply personally.

This is not a booking system. There is nothing to schedule here, and nothing to pay.

Start a conversation

Three fields. Please share only what you are comfortable putting in an email — this is an enquiry, not an intake form.

What happens next

  1. I read it

Your message comes straight to me. No assistant, no funnel, no automated sequence.

  2. I reply

You will hear back from me personally, usually within a few days, at the email address you provide.

  3. We talk

If it seems worth exploring, we arrange a short introductory conversation — by video or phone — at no cost.

  4. You decide

If the work is a fit and the timing is right, we agree on a structure. If not, that is a completely acceptable outcome.

Scope

Scope of practice

Coaching and psychotherapy are different professions with different training, and it is worth being explicit about where this work sits. This is not legal boilerplate — it is the boundary that makes the work safe.

What coaching supports

Coaching focuses on strengthening the capacities that allow you to live and relate more intentionally. That may include:

  • Clarifying personal values and life direction
  • Developing decision-making and discernment
  • Improving communication and relational skills
  • Recognising behavioural patterns that no longer serve you
  • Building emotional awareness and regulation skills
  • Strengthening boundaries and self-authorship
  • Creating practical structures that support your goals

Coaching is forward-facing. Past experience may be acknowledged, but the focus of the work is on how you want to live going forward and what capacities will support that.

What coaching does not provide

Life coaching and somatic coaching are not psychotherapy and do not replace mental health care. As a coach, I do not:

  • Diagnose mental health conditions
  • Treat psychological or medical conditions
  • Provide psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or crisis counselling
  • Prescribe medication or offer medical treatment
  • Give advice that requires clinical training I do not hold

If you are seeking assessment, diagnosis, or treatment for a mental health concern, that belongs with a licensed clinician — a psychologist, psychiatrist, or registered psychotherapist.

When I may suggest something else

Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is recommend a different kind of support. If what you bring would be better served by clinical care, I will say so directly.

That is not a judgement about you, and it is not a failure of the coaching. It is how I keep this work responsible. Coaching can sit alongside therapy; it does not replace it.

Not sure yet?

You do not need to know what you want to work on in order to get in touch. A short message saying you are curious is a perfectly good first step.
